Carp

There are currently around 450 carp present in the lake, with additional stockings most years, the lake average weight is over 30lbs, with many fish over 40 lbs, with fish now nearly touching the 70lbs mark!

The majority of the fish have been hand picked for their dark colours and scale patterns, these are definitely not your typical French fish, more like carp you would find swimming around in a estate lake or gravel pit in the UK.
